Questions people ask
How do I pay?
After we confirm your order on WhatsApp or Instagram, we send our UPI QR code. Pay with Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app and send us the payment screenshot. We don't take card payments on the website yet.
How long does an order take?
Ready designs usually ship in 2–5 working days. Custom designs take 5–15 working days depending on size and design work. We share the timeline before you pay.
Do you deliver outside Nagpur?
Yes, anywhere in India by courier. Delivery charges depend on size and pincode and are shared with your quote. Local pickup in Nagpur is free.
Can I change the colour?
Most products can be printed in other colours, including multicolour. Tell us your choice in the chat and we'll show you available options.
Can you copy a broken part?
Usually, yes. Send clear photos with a ruler or the part's measurements. For precise fits, courier the sample to us and we'll measure it.
Are articulated toys safe for small children?
They contain small moving parts and are meant for ages 6 and up. Keep them away from children under 3.
Do you make bulk and corporate orders?
Yes. Logo keychains, desk items, awards and event giveaways, with GST invoices on request. Bulk pricing starts from 25 pieces.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Record an unboxing video and message us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll reprint or refund the damaged item. See the refund policy for details.
